We primarily use US Priority Mail to ship orders (Fed-Ex or UPS by request). However, if you have an account with a dedicated carrier and want us to use it, we can ship with them as well, if you provide us with access to your account or send us a call tag.

All Damages or Shortages must be reported to us within 5 days of receipt of your order. You can either call or email your report to us. We will replace the pieces on your next order.
